  • Ability to meet and collaborate with teams virtually.
  • Collaborate with our Art Director and Design Strategist to prepare design direction and asset creation.
  • Collaborate with the content and management teams to gather and understand the criteria for all designs
  • Participate in regular team meetings by providing information and guidance on design best-practices and decision-making.
  • Map basic user flows and wireframes for preliminary reviews and testing.
  • Assist in the user testing of designs—documenting feedback and preparing recommendations for optimizing page designs, coordinating with the management team to schedule and manage user testing participants.
  • Design and deliver all final high-fidelity wireframes for pages designated for each sprint.
  • Provide interaction guidelines and specifications for designs.
  • Collaborate with the development and management teams to prepare designs for coding and front-end web production.
  • Manage all design files and assets during design production, reviews, and presentations for each of the design cycle sprints.

UI/UX Production Designer Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to empathize and advocate for the human use of products.
  • At least 3 years experience as a UI/UX designer, participating in enterprise level projects.
  • Experience managing the design production and process of web-based applications.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX production tools for developing, managing, and presenting wireframe designs.
  • Experience with and access to Invision and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative, critical, and collaborative–comfortable working within a virtual and actual team environment.
  • Adhere to delivering designated files on time and schedule.

Duration and Estimated Hours:

This is a contract position beginning in March and ending in December of  2022. Contract may be renewed or extended if necessary and agreed upon. The candidate will be supported by LimeRed’s Project Manager and will report directly to LimeRed Principals.

Compensation:
