she/her

Art Director

Mere is a brand designer uniting social justice and accessibility through brand expression.

In print and digital media, she creates thoughtfully branded design for organizations of all sizes that captures the breadth of the communities we are working to uplift and empower. She sparks conversations about representation, access, and activism through design, brand communications, function, outreach, and innovation in her work.

Her professional background spans brand design, illustration, short-form animation, decolonized education, and program directing. In 2013 she co-founded {she crew}, an intersectional feminist organization creating safe, expressive platforms for adolescent girls and gender-expansive youth throughout Chicago. At {she crew}, she worked in partnership with the Jane Addams Hull-House Museum.

She has given talks at Chicago Foundation for Women, the Chicago Community Trust, and Chicago’s Young Feminist Conference on accessibility and amplifying young voices. Whether through design, social justice, or education, she focuses on centering voices pushed to the margins and rallying around them.
