Marc Hans works with the world’s largest brands to identify challenges and lead the facilitation of innovative, human-centered solutions. He is dedicated to leading teams through creative strategy, complex problem solving, ideation, rebranding, and design thinking.
He gets no greater joy than helping organizations, individuals, brands and others devise innovative, disruptive and creative strategies to build brands that resonate with their users.
Sarah Collins
Sarah Collins started The Get Agency to make interacting with brands better. She’s used audience research and informed communication to help one-person startups, community nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies talk directly with their audiences and prompt them to action.
Prior to starting The Get Agency, Sarah helped media companies such as The Onion and The Chicago Sun-Times engage audiences, build partnerships and launch products to grow revenue and reputation. She has personally spent many hours trying to translate jargon-y websites, and will do this work until she never sees another one.
Demetrio Cardona-Maguigad
As the director of design strategy at LimeRed Studio, Demetrio Cardona-Maguigad leads co-creative and process-driven methods between clients and design teams to uncover insights and align business goals toward innovative design solutions.
Demetrio also spends time each month mentoring and coaching startups and social entrepreneurs at various innovation and incubators spaces including 1871 and 2112 in Chicago, advocating for a human-centered design approach toward problem-solving and business success.
Jayme Joyce
As a filmmaker, Jayme Joyce has been a key figure on several feature-length films, some of which are on Netflix including the Oscar-nominated documentary, Finding Vivian Maier. Recently, Jayme founded a social enterprise startup- documentary video production company, Local Legend Films, which employs young people at risk from gun violence.
With a specialty in intimate and authentic storytelling, the Local Legend Films team has produced videos for Home Run Inn Pizza, Hertz Rental Cars, and many local purpose-driven organizations.
